At Hermes Digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality vector art, embroidery digitizing, custom patches, branding, graphic design, UI/UX design, web development, and IT security services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
General Refund Eligibility
- Orders canceled before work has started are eligible for a full refund, less any payment processing fees
- Orders canceled after work has started but before completion may be eligible for a partial refund, based on the percentage of work completed
- Orders that are completed and delivered as per the original brief are not eligible for a refund, but are covered by our revision policy (see Section 3)
Service-Specific Refund Terms
Vector Art Conversion & Embroidery Digitizing
If the final file does not match your original artwork or specifications due to an error on our part, we will revise it free of charge. Refunds are only issued if we are unable to deliver a usable file after reasonable revision attempts.
Custom Patches
Since patch designs are created as digital files (not physical goods shipped by us), refund eligibility follows the same standard as vector art and digitizing services above. Physical patch production and shipping, if handled by a third-party manufacturer, are subject to that manufacturer’s own policies.
Logo Design, Branding & Graphic Design
Refunds are not issued once final files have been delivered and approved. If you are unsatisfied during the concept or revision stage, additional revisions will be provided at no cost within the scope of your selected package.
UI/UX Design & Web Development
Refunds for design and development milestones are evaluated based on completed work at the time of cancellation. Domain registration, third-party app/plugin licenses, and hosting fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable.
IT Security Services
Security audits and one-time services such as malware removal and SSL setup are non-refundable once the work has been performed, as labor and diagnostic time have already been incurred. Monthly monitoring plans can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial-month refunds are issued.
Revisions Instead of Refunds
In most cases, if you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we will work with you through our free revision process (as outlined on each service page) before considering a refund. We ask that clients give our team the opportunity to correct any issues first.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after final files were delivered and approved
- Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide timely feedback, files, or approvals
- Incorrect specifications were provided by the client and the deliverable was completed per those specifications
- Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, premium plugins, and stock assets already incurred on your behalf

Please include your order details, a description of the issue, and any relevant files. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
